I loved the unique breakfast bar with multiple toppings. it made the morning feel special and luxurious.

The noise from the air conditioning unit disrupted my sleep, making it hard to relax.

I enjoyed my stay at Tru By Hilton in Richmond. The breakfast choices exceeded my expectations, and the staff helped resolve my room issue promptly. I do hope for quieter rooms, but overall, a good experience.

Staff made check-in quick and easy. I appreciated the coupon for a free appetizer. a nice touch before dinner. The lobby had a modern design, I even played pool with my husband after eating. However, the room felt cramped, definitely smaller than expected. The minimalist design was cool but there was just one chair and nowhere else to sit. The air conditioning unit made a continuous loud noise, and the toilet flushing created an annoying racket, so we had to keep the bathroom door shut. The bathroom had a leak that left puddles on the floor, and the exhaust fan didn’t work. My husband slipped while trying to step into the shower because the panel over the drain was loose. The cleanliness of the place was up to standard, but the room needs some serious updates. For the price, I hoped for something a bit better.
